CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
HOW TO REGISTER:
The registration form should be duly filled in and sent by fax (with payment prove) to the following number: +39 051 4210174.
Registrations will only be accepted and confirmed when the registration form and payment have been received by the Organizing Secretariat, Studio E.R. Congressi. In case of written cancellation before March 14th, 2008, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.

All payments must be made in Euro, net of all bank charges, and made out to Studio E.R. Congressi srl. REGISTRATION FEE:
100 euros (VAT included) under 35, AIOM and ESMO associates
150 euros (VAT included) others
The registration fee includes: participation in the scientific sessions, access to the exhibition area, attendance certificate, lunches and open coffees.
